Engineering apprenticeships designed for FMCG manufacturing
Next intake 14 September 2026
Every year, apprenticeship providers qualify artisans. Yet employers still spend months onboarding before they’re confident to work in production.
At Optimum Engineering, we do things differently. Our apprentices are trained in real manufacturing environments by industry-experienced specialists using current industrial equipment — so they’re ready to contribute sooner.
Manufacturing Context
Training reflects real FMCG production environments.
Industry Specialists
Facilitators are artisans with facilitation, coaching and manufacturing expertise.
Current Industrial Equipment
Apprentices practise on modern, industry-relevant technology.
Small Practical Groups
More coaching, more practice, faster development.
Pre-Assessment
Every apprentice begins with an assessment that identifies strengths and development needs.
Speed to Competence
Focused on workplace readiness, not just qualification.
